Website questions
Do you build WordPress sites?
We build on a modern static platform instead. There’s no database or plugin stack for attackers to target, pages load faster, and there’s nothing for you to update. We moved our own site off WordPress for the same reasons.
Who owns the site and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and stays in your account. Cancel anytime and take your site files with you. You’re never locked in.
How do updates work?
Text or email us what changed, like new hours, a phone number, photos, or a new service, and we make the update. The care plan includes up to 30 minutes of small updates each month. Bigger changes, like new pages, are quoted up front before we start.
I already have a site somebody built with AI. Can you take it over?
Yes. We start with a security review to find exposed keys, open databases, and other common gaps, fix what needs fixing, and then host and maintain it like any other site. See our AI-built app and website security page.
Do I need to be a managed IT client?
No. Website build and hosting is available on its own. Managed IT clients get it folded into the same relationship and the same phone number.
