With over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Brian founded Blue Steel Technologies to provide businesses with streamlined, customer-focused IT solutions. Before launching Blue Steel, he served as a Global IT Service Desk Manager for Desktop Metal, a worldwide leader in additive manufacturing.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Project Management, a Certificate in Consultative Selling/Public Speaking, and multiple IT certifications, including ITIL v4. His career has been defined by developing core expertise in IT operations, technical support, help desk management, project leadership, and team development. Among his accomplishments, Brian successfully led the consolidation of IT Service Desk support into one global team, significantly improving efficiency, and implemented cost-saving strategies that produced $500,000 in annual savings.
At Blue Steel Technologies, Brian’s mission is to leverage his ITIL v4 expertise, leadership background, and communication skills to simplify IT service delivery, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Outside of his professional work, Brian is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, carrying the values of discipline, resilience, and service into everything he does.
