Network installation questions
Do we have to buy the hardware from you?
No. We can quote and supply it, or install gear you’ve already bought as long as it’s business-grade and supported. We’ll tell you up front if something you have won’t do the job.
Will the install disrupt our workday?
We plan installs and cutovers for after hours or a slow period, and test everything before your team is back on it.
Do you run the cabling too?
Yes. Structured cabling, cameras, and access control are all done by the same team, so the network, wiring, and devices are planned together.
What happens after it’s installed?
On a managed plan, we monitor your firewall and network gear and apply updates. Without one, we hand over the documentation and admin access so you’re never locked out.
